To our clients - COVID 19 1st August 2020 return to work update:

We will be taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of all our clients as well as our own.

HYGIENE:
We will be washing our hands and using sanitiser before and after every client as well as wearing a facemask at all times. You may choose to wear a mask during eye makeup application if you wish but it is not mandatory. Our equipment and kit will be disinfected and sanitised after every client and disposable applicators will be used where possible..

YOUR APPOINTMENT:
All clients will be contacted a few days prior to their appointment to check whether they currently have symptoms, have had symptoms within the last 14 days or have been in contact with anyone with symptoms within the last 14 days. 

Everyone having makeup application will be required to sign a COVID 19 Declaration form beforehand. This is incase we need to contact you for track and trace. 

BRIDAL TRIALS & WEDDINGS
For bridal trials we request only the bride be present at the time of the trial with the exception of members living in the same household. On weddings days, if possible, we require a separate room to work in operating a 1 in 1 out policy. 

 

If you are booked in with us for your wedding and decide to move the date due to COVID restrictions we will happily transfer your booking and deposit to the new date provided we have it available. If we do not have the new date available this will count as a cancellation and you will lose your deposit unless wedding ceremonies are not legally allowed to take place at the time of your original date, or if we are not allowed to work due to government restrictions.
